All parties acknowledge that Matthew Newman (“Real Estate Agent”), Newman Property Group, Inc., Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, ShortsalesGA.com, and each of their respective assigns, associates, employees or agents are not licensed mortgage brokers or loan originators. While the parties hereto may discuss the terms of transactions related to real estate brokerage activities, they will not negotiate the terms of any mortgage or engage in any other activity that would constitute a violation of O.C.G.A. § 7-1-1000 et. seq.
